Step 1
Obtain a free Valuation
One of our experienced valuers will meet with you at your property to discuss all aspects of the marketing process and provide you with our opinion of the value of your home and what Hawksbys do differently.
Make sure you have checked with your current lender or independent financial adviser to discuss what you can borrow based on what your property may sell for.
Hawksbys have an in house mortgage adviser that can search the whole of the UK mortgage market. As an independent financial adviser Jay can help find you the best products tailored to your needs.
Please contact us to book in your appointment for us to come out and get your property on the market. This appointment will consist of taking photos, creating a floorplan, video tour and completing our sales contract.
When your property goes live, we will be working hard to match potential buyers within our database along with dealing with any further enquiries through the property portals. Feedback will be given after each viewing and when necessary further follow ups will be provided. Some buyers may come back for a second viewing and this is when we should get excited...
Step 5
Receiving an Offer
Once we have received an offer we will financially qualify the buyers to ensure they are in a position to proceed and where necessary we will speak with their selling agent to clarify their chain. The offer will be reported to you providing as much information as possible to enable you to make an informed decision.
Step 6
Sales Progression
When a sale has been agreed you will be passed over to our sales progression team who will be chasing the solicitors and buyers for an update throughout the transaction. If you have any further questions regarding your sale or purchase you are more than welcome to come and discuss any issues you may have in the office with us.
